KUBOTA Power Harrow PH3000F Series Power Harrows
The Kubota PH3000F offers maximum versatility in combination with all types of seed drills. The range is based on an innovative trough design that does not require a lateral frame. This saves weight and gives the machine a clear set-up. The PH3000F works with 4 rotors per metre of trough, like our other power harrows, and optimum tillage and low power consumption is achieved by the closer inter-tine carrier distances (250 mm). Helical tine configuration combined with 95 mm rotor clearance allow perfect soil levelling and preparation. The new tooth packer design further reduces the weight (up to 60 kg) and has maintenance-free bearings.
Product Features
The Kubota PH3000F Series Power Harrows are designed for heavy conditions and built for tractors up to 400 PTO hp. Working widths are 5 m to 6 m, but with a tight 2.5 m transport width. Two large conical bearings at a wide distance provide rigidity and long service life, while the reliable headstock means easy connection to all tractors and versatile heavy seed drill combinations. The horizontal transmission and self-supporting frame give increased strength, reduced weight and improved centre of gravity for lift capacity. Fully welded rotor housings ensure high bending and torque resistance when working in very tough soil conditions.
Heavy-duty Trough Design
The Kubota PH3000F Series has an innovative trough design without a lateral frame. The clear design saves weight and offers 95 mm clearance between the tine holder and trough bottom. Double conical bearings and 50 mm rotor shaft in combination with removable tine holders and quick-fit tines guarantee high reliability and very low maintenance.
Headstock Design
The headstock incorporates strength and durability while limiting machine weight. It holds the standard gearbox oil coolers and oil filter.
Quick-Fit Tines
The Kubota PH3000F Series comes standard with quick-fit 18 x 330 mm carbide coated tines that fix to the tine holder by pin and clip. All tines can be quickly replaced without tools. The tines are arranged in varying angle positions to prevent damage caused by stones and to ensure even levelling. This also reduces peak loads on the driveline and results in smoother running and less fuel consumption. The carbide hard-faced tines guarantee high reliability, excellent wear and very low maintenance even in tough, abrasive soils.
Rear Rollers
Kubota offers a range of rollers to suit various soil conditions and crop establishment systems. The 550 mm diameter cage roller suits light to medium soils and dry working conditions, and is good for basic depth control. The versatile 575 mm packer roller suits medium to heavy soil, especially as part of a heavy power harrow / seed drill combination. The 565 mm Actipack roller is great in medium to heavy soils and perfect for aggressive seedbed preparation.
Versatile Gearbox
The PH3000F Series gearbox is rated to a massive 400 PTO hp. The gearbox comes standard with oil coolers and a 2-speed shift lever for changing rotor speeds. The side drive gearboxes are fitted with PTO clutches to protect the gear trough.
