The U Series dual mixers feature a unibody construction, making it an economical and compact light-weight mixer. It features the same great mixing features such as the step floor design with overlapping augers for an even front to back mix and complete cleanout, along with a wide conveyor riding on a Fixed Single or Walking Tandem axle.

Our auger is the key component for producing the most uniform and consistent ration throughout the mix from bottom to top. It features an aggressive design with full flighting on a continuous curve without uneven cutouts that create inconsistent feed drops. This continuous curve provides the best lift action and ensures that once feed material is picked up it moves up in a uniform and consistent manner, rolling material back into the mix evenly and not dropping material in batches that create an uneven ration throughout.

Not only does this create a more uniform ration, it also speeds up the processing time by working harder to ensure once feed is picked up it keeps moving with maximum efficiency. Being aggressive with the design focuses on the best possible mix at the fastest possible pace with the largest possible material load, directly converting the required horsepower into the result of the mix.

To match the aggressive auger design, each auger has the capacity of up to 9 large knives, including industry exclusive carbide options designed to aggressively slice through bales and roughage.

– Full Flighting: A one piece, 5/8″ thick continuous tapered flighting providing the best lift action ensuring a complete & consistent bottom to top mix of all feedstuffs.

– 24″ Curved Carbide Knife: Industry exclusive carbide knife for processing bales and long stem forages and minimum wear.
– Serrated Carbide Knives: Most aggressive patented knife processes bales and roughage up to 30% faster, reducing wear.
– Scraper: Ensure you get a superior consistent mix with our adjustable and replaceable scraper.
– Reinforcement Plate: Add 1/2″ thick reinforcement plates to the underside of your knives.
– Hard Surfacing: Increase the longevity of the auger by applying hard surfacing to the auger.
– Stainless Steel Lining: Line the Augers with Stainless Steel for better longevity.

Wide Front Door: Unload quickly and evenly through the 52″ or 54″ wide door opening.
Conveyors: Front conveyors are 42″ wide with tall shields and suspended from the tub to ensure maximum feeding accuracy. Available conveyors are a 2-way flat or a folding dogleg conveyor.
Folding Dogleg Conveyors: 2′ to 5′ long Folding Dogleg Conveyors feature a single continuous chain with fewer moving parts meaning less maintenance.
Options: The Chute and Conveyors can be equipped with self leveling feed slides (steel, rubber or magnet). A Rubber Wind Guard is available for the Conveyors.
