The FS Series Single Auger mixers are all-purpose feed mixers suitable for all types of operations. It features a full frame and 4-point scale system, front or side discharge with a wide array of conveyor options, and a number of available tire and axle configurations. Our auger is designed for uniform and consistent ration production, featuring an aggressive design with full flighting on a continuous curve for optimal lift action and even material distribution. This design speeds up processing time and efficiently handles large material loads. The auger can accommodate up to 9 large knives, including industry-exclusive carbide options for aggressive slicing through bales and roughage.

– **Scraper:** Adjustable and replaceable scraper for a superior consistent mix.
– **Reinforcement Plate:** Optional 1/2″ thick reinforcement plates for the underside of knives.
– **Hard Surfacing:** Increases auger longevity.
– **Stainless Steel Lining:** Optional stainless steel lining for augers for better longevity.

Our heavy-duty multi-stage planetary gearbox, with a right-angle stage for high reduction, is specifically engineered for the demanding conditions of feed mixers. It features a rugged design built to handle the toughest feed types and compact dimensions that provide high peak torque capacities. Manufactured in Italy using only the highest quality materials, each gearbox undergoes a sophisticated QC process, including self-diagnostic machining equipment. Every gearbox is rigorously tested in our facility prior to installation to ensure it meets our reliability and quality standards. It comes with a 5-year warranty.

The side discharge system features a 43″ wide door opening for quick unloading. Users can choose between Right Side, Left Side, or Double Side door openings. Side Door Discharges come standard with a chute. Various conveyor options are available in lengths of 3′, 4.5′, 6′, 7.5′, or 9′. Additional options include feed slides (steel, rubber, or magnet) for the chute and conveyors, and a rubber wind guard for conveyors.

All FS Series mixers are available in a stationary configuration.
