After more than 15 years representing JCB, we’d like to thank our customers, staff, and the JCB community for being part of an incredible journey. With changes to the JCB dealer network across Australia, our JCB franchise has come to an end. While we’re naturally disappointed, we’re incredibly proud of the relationships we’ve built and the service we’ve provided over the years.
Our commitment to our customers remains unchanged. Existing JCB customers can continue to rely on Bunbury Machinery for genuine parts, servicing, and repairs, while warranty work on new machines will now be managed by your new authorised JCB dealer.
This marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Bunbury Machinery, and we have some big news on the horizon. Stay tuned — we can’t wait to share what’s next.
