About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Administrator to join our well-established business in Bunbury. This pivotal role requires an experienced administrator to support our sales department.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provision of efficient and effective customer service to our valued clients
- Administration of our sales process including quotations, financing, orders, invoicing and delivery
- Maintain our customer database and prepare outwards correspondence
- Collaboration and liaison with other departmental staff and management to deliver the best outcomes for our customers
- Maintain our website and administer the marketing of our equipment and products
- Wholegoods stock management
